Villy has worked in the field of Internet and Intranet since its early days and has seen the World Wide Web grow up – from basic brochure sites to fully fledged commercial enterprises. She has managed large multi-lingual website and e-commerce development and implementation projects, among others at Eurotunnel and she project managed the procurement and implementation of a multi-faceted tourism website with Destination Management System for Visit Kent.

Her extensive marketing experience, together with her commercial insight, provides the basis for Villy’s expertise in website usability and performance. Prince2 qualified Project Manager, she takes pride in ensuring that Interactive Red customers large and small receive the best quality and service.

Justin is a self taught web designer and developer with a passion for CSS, web standards and accessibility. Originally from Ashford Kent he moved to Brighton in 2003 and now enjoys the support and inspiration of the vibrant local new media community.

Justin worked as a web professional in several commercial environments before forming Interactive Red (most notably at Eurotunnel and Global Secure Systems) and as a result possesses a rare combination of expert technical skills, design appreciation and commercial awareness.

A registered member of the UK Web Design Association and Web Standards Group, Justin continues to be focussed on delivering cutting edge design coupled with a solid technical foundation.

Graduating from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia with BA in Journalism and Marketing, Joanne was previously a Journalist at her University’s Newspaper where she gained valuable experience in copywriting and editing. With extensive studies in Marketing, she is particularly interested in branding and internet marketing.

As a former Office Coordinator for Foxtons Estate Agency in London, she has excellent organisational and client liaison skills with a vast knowledge of frontline business activities.

Perran joined Interactive Red as an intern after graduating from the University of Kent with a First Class Degree in Multimedia Technology & Design.

Having two parents in the web design industry and experience of managing his own clients as a freelancer, Perran has essentially lived in the industry since an early age and brings a wealth of enthusiasm with his already impressive range of skills.

Above all, it's Perran's ability to learn and apply new web technologies which make him a valuable member of our team.

Reiss is our in-house designer who originates from Holland (as does our MD, Villy) but has been living in the UK since he graduated from Univeristy. Having freelanced regularly during and before his studies, Reiss has built an impressive portfolio of work and developed extremely high standards in website design along the way.

Having worked previously at a web design agency in Maidstone his commercial exposure to HTML5/CSS3 and of course Adobe Photoshop means he joins our company well placed to hit the ground running and become a valuable member of our team.

Tom has worked within the web development industry for nearly 8 years and has worked on a variety of projects working directly with clients as a freelancer and as part of a team of international developers.

Tom describes himself as a "Front End Hero" and likes nothing more than taking a static website design and converting it to a fully functional website template using the latest standards of HTML coding.

Ricky is the newest member to the team and comes from a customer service background having worked in retail previously.

His passion for learning all about the web means he was perfectly placed to join us as our Technical Support Agent with the aim to combine his excellent customer service skills with his desire to learn more about internet technologies.

Andy our resident "Google expert" and is a graduate from the University of Brighton where he studied Business Management with E-Commerce.

Having worked at a well respected search marketing agency in Worthing for 3 years he relocated to his home county of Kent and joined our team as SEO Executive, responsible for taking charge of SEO campaigns from audit and research right through to delivery and analysis.

Jane is our part time Accounts Coordinator and works with the rest of the team to ensure the financials of our business are kept running as smoothly as the rest of our operations.

Jane's background is a mixture of customer focussed roles and financial having joined us from her previous position at Folkestone Racecourse.
